Humanoid robot components
Robotics Bearings & Linkages
Explore self-lubricating bearings, miniature linkages, rod ends and bushings from the robotics catalogue, together with custom connecting-rod and joint assemblies.
Catalogue series
Standard dimensions and drawing-defined options.
The LS humanoid robotics catalogue lists GE, GEG, GEBJ, LSANG, ZT and ZTF dimensional series. Use the complete designation to start an enquiry; liner choice, ordering configuration, availability and application suitability are confirmed for the requested item.
| Series | Catalogue entries | Component |
|---|---|---|
| GE | GE4–GE15 · 7 entries | Stainless steel self-lubricating spherical plain bearings |
| GEG | GEG6–GEG12, including /K · 8 entries | Stainless steel self-lubricating spherical plain bearings |
| GEBJ | GEBJ4–GEBJ10 · 5 entries | Stainless steel self-lubricating spherical plain bearings |
| LSANG | LSANG1DN/XM–LSANG3DN/XMK · 6 entries | Miniature self-lubricating linkages |
| ZT | ZT6–ZT16 · 6 entries | Straight self-lubricating bushings |
| ZTF | ZTF6–ZTF16 · 6 entries | Flanged self-lubricating bushings |
The 38 table entries describe catalogue dimensions, not live stock. A series designation alone does not establish suitability for a particular robot.
Application routes
Start with the connection in your robot.
Hands & Wrists
Explore LSANG miniature linkages, custom ball-joint linkages and miniature rod ends. Describe the end connections, motion envelope and available space.
Elbow, Knee & Ankle Articulations
Review the GE, GEG and GEBJ catalogue series alongside the actual load directions, oscillation and installation geometry.
Knee, Ankle, Waist & Neck Linkages
Discuss drawing-defined connecting rods, linkage assemblies and joint or cross-shaft components. State the centre distances and assembly interfaces.
Hinge Points & Single-Axis Rotation
Compare ZT straight and ZTF flanged bushings. Include the shaft and housing fits, movement and liner requirements.
These routes reflect application positions described in the supplier catalogue. Final selection requires review of the specific robot, component configuration and operating conditions.
Need a connecting rod or a complete assembly?
Define whether you need a bearing, a rod body, fitted end joints or an assembled linkage. Start with the attachment geometry, centre distance, movement and installation space.
Miniature and ball-joint linkages
Discuss compact hand and wrist connections, including drawing-defined end fittings.
Explore ball-joint linkages →Connecting-rod assemblies
Specify the complete assembly and the dimensions or inspection requirements that control installation.
Explore linkage assemblies →Joint and cross-shaft components
Submit the joint interfaces, movement requirements and drawing revision for review.
Explore joint assemblies →Clearance and starting torque need to be considered together.
State the required clearance, no-load starting torque, oscillation angle and frequency, load directions and life target where known. A tighter fit or a higher catalogue load rating alone does not establish better performance in your assembly.
From prototype quantities to production requirements.
Include the prototype quantity, expected production quantities, destination and required timing. Drawing review, engineering work, tooling, inspection records and delivery timing are agreed for the particular project.
SphAxis coordinates sourcing and supplier review. Manufacturer specifications and any requested test or inspection evidence must relate to the configuration being quoted.
If your drawings require an NDA, contact [email protected] to agree the handling process before sending them.
Have a model, drawing or assembly requirement?
Send the complete designation or drawing revision, quantity and operating requirements. We will clarify the requested configuration and quotation scope.
