Information you provide
Our quotation form asks for your contact name, business email, enquiry type and requirement details. Please include only information relevant to your sourcing request. Drawings and supporting documents can be sent to [email protected]; the website form does not accept file uploads.
How enquiries are handled
We use the information to review your request, clarify technical and purchasing requirements and respond. Form submissions are stored in the website’s WordPress database and generate a notification to [email protected]. The record may include your IP address, browser, device type and source page. Website administrators can access the entries. Email correspondence and documents are handled through the sales mailbox.
Website operation and service providers
The site is hosted by Hostinger and uses Cloudflare for DNS and website infrastructure. Hosting, infrastructure and email services process information needed to operate their services. WordPress and the form plugin support the enquiry workflow. The form uses built-in honeypot and token checks to reduce automated submissions. Administrative sign-in uses cookies; technical website requests can also be recorded by the hosting and infrastructure services.
